Loafer Bread is seeking an experienced baker to work in our small artisan bakery in North Fitzroy.
The position requires that you are able to work both independently and as a part of a very good team.
All breads are sourdough and experience with hand shaping and all aspects of the baking process is required.
Experience in producing laminated doughs is desirable.
We use predominantly biodynamic flours, grains and some organic flours. We are seeking someone with a passion for baking, excellent attention to detail and a desire to produce a high quality product using excellent ingredients.
