Must have extensive knowledge of long fermented / hand formed breads. Skilled baker required for immediate start at a recently opened bakery/patisserie at Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast.

Duties will be focused on but not be limited to production of butter-based pastries including danish, croissants, pies, quiche, sausage rolls, and other savoury pastries.
