Help to design and establish a new artisan bread bakery / cafe. Daytime baking only. Assist in the layout and selection of equipment, implementation of procedures, selection of bakery staff and menu. Must have extensive knowledge of long fermented / hand formed breads. Will be working with an incredibly passionate and experienced chef and front of house team as well as landlords who share our vision for a high quality establishment. Open to discuss a well paid salary and relocation costs for the right person to join our team.
